Otomate

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Otomate ("the Platform"), available at app.otomate.trade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Otomate is a non-custodial trading automation platform that connects to supported networks, protocols, and trading venues. The Platform provides tools for copy trading, automated strategies, portfolio management, and connected assistants.

  • We do not take ownership of your assets or receive your private keys or seed phrases.
  • Authorized execution services may submit scoped instructions to your wallet, subaccount, protocol, or venue.
  • You retain ownership of your assets and control the permissions you grant or revoke.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Platform displays trader performance data and provides automation tools, but does not recommend specific trades or strategies. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Risks

Trading perpetual contracts involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

  • Leveraged trading can result in the loss of your entire deposit.
  • Past performance of traders does not guarantee future results.
  • Copy trading carries the same risks as manual trading — copied traders may incur losses.
  • Automated strategies may malfunction or perform unexpectedly in volatile markets.
  • Smart contract risk exists on any blockchain protocol.

5. Delegation & Authorization

Certain features (copy trading, automated strategies) require you to sign an EIP-712 delegation authorizing our bot to execute trades on your behalf within your Nado subaccount. You can revoke this delegation at any time.

6. Connected Assistants and Confirmed Actions

Otomate may be connected to ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Cursor, or another MCP-compatible assistant. The permissions you approve can include both data access and write-capable actions. Read tools may expose your portfolio, positions, preferences, monitoring state, prepared actions, and related market intelligence to the connected assistant.

Write-capable tools may create alerts or prepared actions and, when you have approved the execute:trades scope, confirm eligible orders, position closes, or TP/SL changes. A money-moving action requires an existing prepared action and your explicit confirmation in the assistant. Otomate may still reject it because of policy, risk limits, caps, simulation results, expiry, revocation, unavailable executors, or technical errors.

  • Review the asset, side, size, price conditions, network, slippage, and risk before confirming.
  • Blockchain transactions and filled orders may be irreversible, publicly visible, delayed, or fail.
  • You are responsible for instructions and confirmations issued through your connected assistant account.
  • You can revoke or disconnect the OAuth connection through supported assistant controls or Otomate support, but revocation cannot undo a transaction already submitted.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otomate and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
